We are so excited to announce that Community Health Resources (CHR) has been awarded a Basic Human Needs Emergency Assistance grant from the Hartford Foundation. The emergency funds will be used for food, rental assistance, and help with utilities in CHR’s East Hartford and Manchester offices.
